
Healthy Atta Roti Recipe (Whole Wheat Flatbread)
Soft homemade rotis made with Keshav Atta for everyday lunch and dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Keshav Atta (whole wheat flour)
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
Instructions
- Take atta in a bowl and add salt.
- Slowly add warm water and knead into a soft dough.
- Cover and rest the dough for 15 minutes.
- Divide dough into small balls.
- Roll into round chapatis.
- Cook on a hot tawa until both sides puff and get light brown spots.
